Kitara FC continued their impressive form when they edged Wakiso Giants on a1-0 score at their home Masindi Stadium.
Inform Striker Denis Omedi’s header in the 8th minute was the only difference between the two sides.
It was the 10th goal for Omedi this season, 1 behind Soltilo Bright Stars ‘ Nelson Senkatuka and level with KCCA FC ‘s Mohammed Shaban and Express FC ‘s Isaac Wagoina.

Elsewhere, Express FC returned to winning ways after their 3-1 win against struggling UPDF at Muteesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku.
Joshua Musoke, Kevin Ssekimbegga as well Isaac Wagoina appeared on the score sheet of Express FC.
On the other hand, Junior Luutu Abasi netted the consolation for UPDF.
The results saw Express FC move to 7th place on 29 points while UPDF FC remained 15th with 10 points from 19 games.
