Volodymyr’s visit to Uganda reaps big to the boxing fraternity

The IBA vice president Volodymyr Prodyvous who is iin Uganda for a three day visit on issues of boxing development in the country has today started his journey with a visit to COBAP boxing club in Lubya.

Prodyvous has pledged more support to the Uganda Boxing Federation with a pledge of a developed Boxing Ring after holding spiring sessions in the COBAP training facility.

The IBA vice president Volodymyr Prodyvous who is iin Uganda for a three day visit on issues of boxing development in the country has today started his journey with a visit to COBAP boxing club in Lubya.

Prodyvous has pledged more support to the Uganda Boxing Federation with a pledge of a developed Boxing Ring after holding spiring sessions in the COBAP training facility

“I am grateful for the welcome I have received,this is my first time to visit Uganda but the welcome I have received has been great.” said Prodyvous in his opening remarks.

“I have seen alot of talent being natured at this place on this type of ring, in that regard I promise to donate a standard boxing ring which will be used by these boxers.” all this was a promise from Volodymyr Prodyvous through his assistant who translated to English.

For the Uganda Boxing President Moses Muhangi he hinted on strengthening the relationship with IBA after having the president and his vice visit the country within a month.

“A month ago we just had Kremlev visit us and now we just had the Vice President come along an action that strengthens our relationship with IBA and Ukraine”
“It continues to show that we are moving together with an aim of building the sport”


On what brings them Muhangi added that;
“We have a great patnership and they appreciate our work with the help of the media”
