CHAN : Uganda Cranes defeat Senegal Inna crucial tie

Uganda Cranes claimed a 1-0 victory against the Lions of Teranga in their 2nd game of the group stages in the ongoing CHAN tournament in Algeria.

Uganda Cranes skipper Milton karisa scored the only goal as he netted in 33rd Minute answering Kenneth Ssemakula’s long ball to gift Uganda thier second CHAN victory.

Nafian Alionzi was a superb when he saved Cheikh Sidibe’s penalty in the 26th minute and also some directs shoots from Senegal players

Senegal couldn’t finish 11 as Mame Libasse was given a red card in the 83rd minute after a VAR review

Uganda Cranes sits in the 1st place with 4 points just one point above Senegal

Meanwhile the group rivals DR Congo and Ivory Coast drew 0-0 leaving DR Congo with 2 points in the 3rd place and Ivory Coast only 1 point

Uganda Cranes will get back in action on 22nd Sunday as it will be versing Ivory Coast
