SUPL: KCCA FC stages a late come back to defeat Express

Express FC 3-4 KCCA FC – Muteesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku.

KCCA FC needed two late goals against Kampala rivals Express to maximise points at Wankulukuku.

A game where both teams played attacking saw KCCA show never say never character after being led 3-1 and then finishing with a 4-3 win.

KCCA FC broke the deadlock first in the 1st minute through Ettienne Katenga but Alex Isabirye’s soldiers saw a 3-1 comeback in the first 45 minutes.

Isaac Wagoina equalised for Express FC in the 23rd minute before Asimwe and Oshaba scored the other in the 33rd and 36th minute.

KCCA FC returned in second half recharged with Mohammed Shaban scoring in the 49th minute before Ashraf Mugume and Usama Arafat score in the 86th and 88th minute.

The results saw KCCA FC move in the 9th place with 23 points while Express FC remained 8th on 25 points.

KCCA FC will next play Kitara FC on 23rd of February while Express FC will be taking on Soltilo Bright Stars.
