The 2024 Stanbic Uganda Cup draws have been Conducted at FUFA House, Mengo today on Monday.
The draws have seen KCCA FC fall on URA, as well BUL FC fall on Express FC.
It will be a battle worthy, (KCCA FC , URA FC) as URA’s Obua will be seeking revenge after suffering a 3-2 loss to 10 time Champion KCCA in the last meeting in the league.
KCCA are the joint record champions with 10 Stanbic Uganda Cup while URA FC have been Champions three times.
The other interesting tie will be between BUL FC and Express FC at FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru.
BUL FC were the Champions of 2022/2023 season where they defeated Vipers SC on a 3-1 score while Express FC have won the prestigious tournament 10 times.
The Bunyoro based side Kitara FC will be taking on SC Villa in Masindi
SC Villa have won the prestigious tournament 9 times while Kitara FC will be targeting their first one.
Elsewhere Busoga United will be taking on NEC FC at Kakindu Stadium.
Defending champions Vipers SC will be taking on Iganga Young at St Mary’s Kitende.
Soltilo Bright Stars will take on FUFA Big league side Police FC at Kavumba while Pajelu lions will be versing Young Simba.
In other tie, Dove will be taking on Pakwach Young Stars at their home.
All games will be played on a one leg basis with dates to be confirmed soon.
