TRANSFERS: Cromwell Rwothomio completes move to NEC FC

Former Vipers sharp shooter Cromwell Rwothomio have completed his move to newly Promoted Uganda Premier League side NEC FC.

Rwothomio agreed to ink down a one year working contract with the Bugoloobi based side.

Rwothomio joined Vipers in August 2022 from Uganda Revenue Authority Football Club where he had shined.

In his last season at URA FC, Rwothomio had scored 14 goals and helped the tax collectors finish fifth on the Uganda Premier League log.

Meanwhile at Vipers SC, things didn’t turn up well as he was disturbed by long injuries which even made him fail to nail up a starting berth.

He only appeared thrice on the score sheet as Vipers was clinching a double in 2022/2023 season.

NEC FC are newly promoted Uganda Premier League side that base in Bugoloobi though host their games at MTN Omondi Stadium.

In their first league game, they managed to pick up three points against Mbarara City at Kakyeka Stadium.
