Our Saviour beat Ndejje University Angels in the National Basketball League to extend their winning run.

Our Saviour won 65-53 at Lugogo for their seventh win of the season, and sixth in a row.

After leading 14-11, Our Saviour benefited from Ndejje’s poor second quarter which they managed to score just right points.

And Our Saviour opened a 35-19 lead at halftime before winning a 12-point game.

Moses Mugisha had a double double of 12 points and 10 rebounds while Joseph Wacha and Henry Ssebagala added 11 and 10 points respectively for Our Saviour.

Joseph Kumbai scored a game high 23 points and 25 rebounds for Ndejje but he lacked enough support across the field.

This is loss number eight for Ndejje, while Our Saviour have won five in a row in a run that also include a big win over UCU Canons last Sunday.

Tamasha Nsubuga scored 18 points as Nabisunsa beat A1 Challenge 65-53 to collect their third win of the season.

The loss left A1 Challenge without a win this season after nine league games!
