FUFA Big league: Edison Agondeze earns Kitara a late win as NEC and Mbarara City win

Kitara FC fought till end to earn a win over Kyetume at Nakisunga Saza Grounds in FUFA Big league.

As not the usual case, the game ended premature as fans had started turning rowdy, so the Displinary committee could decide on the final results basing on the incidents that occured.

George Senkaaba opened the score for Kitara in the 17th minute before Emmanuel Kalyowa equalised matters moments later.

Edison Agondeze gifted the Visitors with a late goal in the fifth minute of the added time to earn them maximum points.

In other games played, NEC defeated Booma 2-0 at Bugolobi Coffee Grounds thanks to goals from Richard Ajuna and Tonny Kiberu.

In the other game played at Kakyeka stadium, Karim Ramathan scored late in the 82nd minute to earn Mbarara city maximum points.

The results takes Kitara FC to 51 points in the 1st place, NEC remained second with 50 points from 26 games.

Mbarara city remained third with 48 points while Police who has a game in hand remained 4th with 44 points.
