In his last game as the team captain, Michael Wokorach was instrumental in the second game against Korea, scoring two tries that required him to run the length of the pitch.

Adrian Kasito and Aaron Tukei also scored, adding to the team’s tally with a try each and Tukei scoring his first try for the sevens side.

The team’s impressive performance on day one will be put to real test when they meet their sevens rivals- Germany in the final pool fixture.

Having been knocked out from the main cup quarterfinals by Germany in round one, the continental champions will be looking to avenge their defeat.
