Wakiso Giants’ Ibrahim Kasule set to join Turkish club

Wakiso Giants midfielder Ibrahim Kasule is set to join Turkish side Ankara Keciorengucu besides reports already linking him to a move to MLS side New York red bulls.

The most on form player in the first round of Uganda premier league was dropped from the CHAN team that represented Uganda in the 2022 edition after rumours surrounding his move to professional football.

The midfielder looks to have finally settled for a move to the Turkish club after several transfer deals collapsing.

Closer sources reveal that even former Cranes Skipper Ibrahim Ssekagya who coaches  New York red Bulls had intrest in  both Ibrahim Kasule and teammate Frank Ssebufu 

Ibrahim kasule will now sign a Three year Working contract with the Turkish Club 

Ibrahim kasule plays as an attacking Midfielder and has helped Wakiso Giants stage in the 4th place with 25 points from 14 games 

Individualy, Kasule has scored 5 goals and 6 assists for Wakiso Giants in the half season 

Kasule’s new club Ankara sits in the 3rd place with 36 points from 20 games . They will depend more on new signing Kasule for their promotion.
