Uganda Premier league side Maroons FC confirm departure of CEO Pius Bamwange


Ugnad premier league side Maroons FC have officially announced the departure of club CEO Pius Bamwenge who joins Arua Hill FC.

Maroons FC that sit in the 10th place with 15 points from 14 games in Uganda premier league have parted ways with their Chief Executive officer Pius Bamwange . All details in an official statement released by the Club 

” The Board of Maroons football club has today Tuesday 24th January 2023 parted ways with it’s Chief Executive officer (CEO) Mr. Bamwange Pius on Mutual terms”

” The Club recognizes the immense contribution made by Mr. Bamwange to its professional growth and development of the Maroons Brand and the protection of the club image both on and off the pitch”

” We wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors. Meanwhile a new setup of the club secretariat will be announced soon”

Maroons FC isn’t the only team Mr Bamwange Pius have worked for. Others are Saints FC, Lweza FC and Oduparaka FC 

Mr. Bamwange Pius will not be off the duty for so long after a summon by Arua hills to replace Tonny Afeti 

Maroons FC sits in the 10th place with 15 points from 14 games Meanwhile Arua hills sits in the 6th place with 23 points from 14 games

Maroons FC will get back into action on 10th Feb as it will be visiting Busoga United, Meanwhile Arua hills will be back on 24th Feb as it will be visiting table leaders Kasasiro boys
