KCCA FC resign forward Daniel Isiagi

Lugogo based side KCCA FC have resigned striker Daniel Opolot Isiagi on a two year deal.

Isiagi penned a contract that will keep him with the Kasasiro boys from 2022-2024.

The 6’3 from striker who has previously played for the likes of
Jomo Cosmos, Al Nasri, URA, and Proline also played for KCCA in the period of 2014-16.

He is described as a “forward with an eye for goal, aerial prowess, and a great physique.”

While speaking to the KCCA website, Isiagi expressed his joy to be back at the club he won the 2015/16 league title with.

He’s also previously worked with KCCA’s coach Morely Byekwaso at Victoria University and is therefore hopeful of great things.

“I’m happy to be back at KCCA FC. I call this home because of the good memories i have had here before. I won a league title with this club in 2015/16 season and this was such a great thing. So many good memories I have with this club and I wish to add many more others. We have a great group of players and I want to work with my mates to add onto the success of this great club. I have worked with Manager Morley Byekwaso before at Victoria University and he is a fantastic guy. I am looking forward to working with him again and learning from him.”

The striker becomes KCCA’s 9th signing for this season. The others are Mujuzi Musitafa, Shaban Muhamad, Tshisungu Kankonde, Moses Waiswa, Ssenoga Muhamed, and teenagers Faisal Wabyoona, Saidi Mayanja, and Allan Enyou.

He will however have to fight for a starting spot with the likes of Shaban Muhammad, Tshisungu Kankonde, Brian Aheebwa, Brian Kayanja, and Charles Lwanga among others.
