Federation of Uganda Basketball Association (FUBA) has sent both the Silverbacks and Gazelles teams to compete at the U23 3×3 Nations League.
The tournament due July 3-9, is being held in Kinsasha, DR Congo.
The teams will be under the stewardships of coaches Albert Aciko and Jonathan Egau
The teams flew out on Sunday aboard Kenya Airways.
The U23 Gazelles 3×3 team leave for the tournament on the back of Beach Games in Tunisia where they finished fifth out of the six teams.
The Uganda U23 3×3 Teams:
Women – Bridget Aber (UCU), Perus Nyamwenge (KIU), Shakira Nanvubya (UCU), Mary Amaniyo (KIU), Aziida Nabayunga (KIU)
Men – Peter Obleng (KIU), Edrine Walujjo (City Oilers), Duncan Lubwama (JT Jaguars), Fayed Baale (City Oilers), Rogers Dauna (UCU), Benjamin Kawumi (Rezlife Saints)
