Dates for the different regional sevens rugby competitions have been officially confirmed by the respective bodies.
This series of tournaments will pave way for teams to compete for core status in the prestigious National 7s series for the 2024 edition.
Additionally, the top performers from each region will earn the honour of playing as invitational sides in the upcoming National 7s, in the circuits held in their respective regions.

•5th August—Bugembe Stadium, Jinja.
Western 7s
•25th June—Kigezi
•8th July—Nyakasura
•22nd July—Masaka
Northern 7s
•1st July—Arua
•15th July— Gulu
•29th July— Lira
