SC Villa have upped plans to return to the past glory days.
The Jogoos are reportedly in talks to appoint Isaac Mwesigwa as the new Chief Executive Officer.
Mwesigwa has been serving in the same capacity at Express since May 2020.
He left Express at the end of the 2022/23 season, having helped the side deliver a Uganda Premier League title in the 2020/21 campaign.
Villa who finished third in the League, have also parted ways with head coach Jackson Magera.
The Club is set to bring in a foreign coach, with many saying that he is a Serbian tactician.
Morley Byekwaso, who recently resigned at KCCA, has also joined the backroom staff and will work as a Youth Football coach.
