DanceSport: Ukrainian B-boy star to facilitate Athletes in Environmental protection campaign

The Uganda DanceSport Federation have geared up their preparations ahead of the Environmental protection campaign shipping in a Ukrainian B-boy Star Lussy Sky as one of the facilitators of the capacity building program.

The Capacity Building program under the theme ‘Dance Green, Go Green’ will take place drom the 10th to the 14th of January at Nyakasura School in Fortportal.

Born in Kyiv, Ukraine, Oleksandr Gatyn-Lozynskyi known by his stage name B-boy Lussy Sky became an undisputed master at the World Bboy Series in 2017 and will be one.of the participants in.2024 Olympics after being ranked 13th in the Olympics rankings.

Lussy Sky will be a huge inspiration to the young and talented Ugandan atheletes who are targeting to participate in the 2024 Olympics with a few qualifying events coming up.

According to the Uganda Dance Sport Fedetation, they are targeting to develop talent, promote environmental protection, and encourage sustainability objectives. This year’s camp theme, “Dance Green, Protect Environment,” emphasizes our commitment to raising awareness of the importance of environmental protection.

With over 420 students and 120 physical education teachers expected to attend, they will have a feel to tour and learn across the Lake Saka, Nyakasura Falls, Mountain Rwenzori hikes, Mabeere Ga Nyina Mwiru, crater lakes, and Kikwamba Barracks.
