TRANSFERS: Goal Poacher Eric Kambale completes move to Vipers

Forward Eric Kenzo Kambale has completed his move to Vipers SC.

The Congolese Foward has inked a two year working contract with the 2022/2023 Uganda Premier League Champions.

Last season, Eric Kambale was at Sudanese side Al Merrikh which he joined from Express FC.

While at Express FC, Eric Kambale won the Uganda Premier league as well the CECAFA Kagame Cup in the 2020/2021 season.

During the glorious campaigns at Express FC, He netted 33 goals from the 84 appearences he featured.

Eric Kambale comes in as a direct replacement of Brazilian forward Giancarlo Rodriguez Lopez who parted ways with the Vipers SC.

Kambale joins a list of new recruits for Vipers including Grant Matsiko, Richard Matovu, David Bagoole, Patrick Mbowa, Mohamed Salem Ekbad, Fumador Asiwome and Allan Okello.

Vipers hopes to defend the Uganda Premier League as well the Uganda Cup after easily being eliminated in CAF Champions league of this year by Botswana’s Jangweni Galaxy.

They have sofar won both of their two opening games including 2-1 win against Gaddafi as well 2-0 win against Arua hills.
