Newly promoted FUFA Big League side Mbale Heroes have confirmed the signing of Daniel Shabena.
Daniel Shabena joins Mbale Heroes as a free agent following the expiration of his working contract at Express FC which he had joined in 2019.
Daniel Shabena is a proven midifielder who have ability to create scoring chances, influence the flow of the game and also some leadership skills because of his experience.
Shabena started his career in JMC Hippos and BUL in Jinja.
Being exceptional, Shabena received a call up at U20 national team participating in the CAF U20 Qualifiers against Rwanda in 2016.
During his time at Express, Daniel Shabena won both the Uganda Premier League and the CECAFA Club Championship.
Mbale Heroes are champions of Standbic Uganda Cup two times.
Their main target this season will be promotion to topflight league in Uganda.
