FUFA Super 8: New dates for KCCA FC, URA FC tie comfirmed

The Federation of Uganda Football Association Competitions Department has confirmed new dates for the semifinal slot between KCCA FC and URA FC in FUFA Super 8 tournament.

The confirmed date will be on 25th August at MTN Omondi Stadium, Lugogo.

The game was meant to be played earlier on 20th, August but was postponed following the death of URA head coach Sam Timbe.

URA FC are now training under guidance of assistant coach Fred Muhumuza and developments of new coach will be reported as they will happen.

Before the match between the two sides, they will be a moment of silence to honour departed Sam Timbe and Robert Balaba (Grounds man for KCCA) who also died on Tuesday.

The winner between KCCA FC and URA FC will have to face BUL FC in finals.

KCCA FC are the only Champions of this tournament (2018) of the remaining teams and will rely more of experience and history for success.
