The Prestigious Masaza Cup tournament resumed with match day 8 with several results occuring.
It was a late drama for Kyadondo Ssaza who scored late to secure a point at their darling home Homisdallen School playground.
George Insingoma scored first for Buddu before Ramathan Mwanga equalized late for Kyadondo.
In the same group of Masengere, Buwekula Ssaza FC played out a 1-1 draw with Kyaggwe Ssaza FC.
Sharafah Mukiibi and Yusuf Mukwana scored for either sides.
The results means, Buwekula remained on top of Masengere group with 16 points, Buddu remained second with 13 points, Buluuli in the third place with 13 points while Kyaggwe in the fourth place with 12 points, Kyadondo in the fifth place with 9 points while Kkooki in the sixth place with 2 points.
In the group of Bulange, Ssingo Ssaza defeated Busujju Ssaza FC on a 1-0 score courtesy of Erisa Kiyemba’s goal.
Meanwhile Bugerere Ssaza picked their first win over Butambala in a dramatic 4-3 score.
David Ssemakunga, Ivan Mulema and William Sseguya scored for Butambala while Jmark Ssali, Isaac Ssenyunijja and Henry Wamala (Brace) scored for Bugerere Ssaza FC.
The results meant Ssingo extended their stay on top of Bulange group with 19 points, Buvuma and Bulemeezi who played out a 2-2 draw remained 2nd and 3rd place with 12 and 11 points respectively.
Busujju Ssaza remained fourth with 8 points while Butambala Ssaza remained fifth with 6 points level with Bugerere who bottles.
In the Muganzirwaza group, Mawokota Ssaza tops the group with 13 points, Ggomba and Ssese comes 2nd and 3rd with 12 and 10 points respectively.
Holders Busiro comes 4th with 10 points while Mawogola and Kabula bottle with 9 and 8 points.
