It’s was a fully action packed weekend at the 4th outing of the 2023 Corporate League games held at Old Kampala Secondary School on Sunday 28th May.
Volleyball was ushered in for the first time this year as companies showcased their skills despite the unfavourable conditions of the Venue.
According to the Corporate league chairman Dennis Mbidde, the games were supposed to take place at MUBS playgrounds which are much suitable for an out door Volleyball game but due to the busy examination schedule of students they had to use Old Kampala.
“As i had told you last month, as a country we lack infrastructure and most of these pitches/grounds are inside Universities and at this time of the year students are doing examinations at MUBS so we were had to come back to Old Kampala SS.” he said
“But I will gladly say that for July, August we shall be at Makerere University Business School, Nakawa”he added
In the football outings, it was fully of action climax from both the Normal games and the managers games as a couple of teams were in action over the weekend.
