Busoga United 1-0 Oduparaka – Kakindu stadium, Jinja
Busoga United completed a double against Oduparaka after their 1-0 win at Kakindu stadium on Monday 10th April.
Right back Peter Onzima scored the lonely goal for the Jinja giants in the third minute.
Peter Onzima controlled a long ball from his captain Ibrahim Kayiwa and utilized the chance with a strike after Oduparaka defender Rashid Okocha failed to clear it.
Busoga United had chances to double the lead through Nicholas Mwere and Laban Tibita though were unlucky at the day.
Oduparaka too created some moments to equalise moments though Oloro Nathan, John Rogers, and Denis Ojera were wasteful.
The first game ended in favour of Busoga United with a 1-0 score.
The win pushed Busoga United to 22 points in the 13th place level with UPDF who are 12th.
Busoga United will next play on 18th April against Express FC at Wankulukuku.
On the other side, Oduparaka who remained at buttom of the log with 13 points will host Bright stars the following day.
