James Angu joins Big league side from Bright Stars

Big league side Mbarara city FC have completed the signing of forward James Angu from Bright stars.

He plays as a forward but of recent his form hasn’t been convincing as he has only scored 1 goal in the last 5 games he had at Bright stars that was against Wakiso Giants.

James Angu becomes the 5th signing of Mbarara city having already completed the signings of Bronson Nsubuga, Brian Mayanja Mululi, Goalkeeper Edrisa kalembo and defender Najib Tusaba.

James Angu will join former Bright stars FC teammates like Jamil Kisutu Nvule and Jungu Methodius.

Mbarara city have only scored 27 goals in 15 games averaging 1.8 goals per match.

Mbarara city FC will depend more on their new signings as they look for promotion to the the topflight league in Uganda.

They are Currently 2nd with 30 points from 15 games only 1 point below the table leaders kitara FC.

Mbarara city FC will face SC Tawaion on 4th February in the Standbic Uganda Cup.
