Goalkeeper Martin Senkooto joins Struggling Army side UPDF FC

Goalkeeper Martin Senkooto has decided to part ways with Arua hills where he has been featuring for in the first round of the league and join struggling UPDF FC

He has joined UPDF FC on a 6 month working contract therefore renewal will depend on the Survival of the Club

The Management of UPDF FC hopes that Martin Senkooto is the solution to the many goals they have Conceded in the half season

In the half season of the leage, UPDF FC have been the team to Concede more goals(26) Conceding 1.86 goals pre game

Martin Senkooto is to join other goalkeepers at the club who have been on and off forexample Paul Akweny and Simon Mubuya who have been struggling with injuries and lvan Mutumba who left with out official concern of the Club

Martin Senkooto have played for teams like Super cubs and SC Villa where he had a very good run despite failing to renew his contract due to failure to negotiate personal terms with the club

He left SC villa at the end of last season and he has been playing for Arua hills in the first round of the leage

Martin Senkooto becomes the second signing of UPDF FC after getting signature of Moses Kiggundu who was a former defender of SC villa

UPDF FC currently sits in the In the 13th place with 10 points from 14 games

UPDF FC will get back in action as it will be visiting Express fc on 11th February in the Second Round of the league
