Soltilo Bright Stars harvests two talents from Vipers SC

With just a few days to the start of the 2022-2023 Uganda Premier League season, clubs have gone ahead to strengthen themselves with a number of additions to their sides.

Now the latest transfer news indicate how Bright Stars has signed two talents from the reigning Uganda Premier League champions, Vipers SC.

Bright Stars yesterday revealed how they had signed defender Bob Oluoch on a season long loan deal.

This was six months after he signed for the Venoms on a three year deal.

Oluoch had spent about a decade in Sweden. This made Oluoch the 8th singing for Bright Stars.

Now the latest addition is Frank Kato Kizanyiro who also joined Bright Stars on a one year loan deal from Vipers.

The midfielder consequently becomes the 9th signing for Bright Stars and the 3rd player for the team on loan from Vipers.

The other is Emmanuel Munoobi.

The other players who have joined coach Asaph Mwebaze’s side are Sam Ssenyonjo and Amis Muwonge from KCCA and Onduparaka respectively, Noordin Bunjo from Proline, Ashraf Mulindi from Kataka FC and Alex Mandela who was at Kigezi Home Boyz.

There have also been a number of departures at the club including the likes of Marvin Youngman, Derrick Ngoobi and Andrew Kaggwa among others.
