Startimes Uganda Premier League took action today with several results at different Playgrounds.
In an interesting tight game, BUL FC edged KCCA FC on a 1-0 score at FUFA Technical Center, Njeru.
Both teams matched forces as the closing 15minutes of the game could decide the winner.
Nicholas Mweru was the only difference in the game as his 77th minute goal gifted BUL maximum points.
It was the second consecutive win for BUL FC who won their first against Soltilo Bright Stars.
Meanwhile KCCA FC was losing their second consecutive game including the previous one against Abu Salim in CAF Confederations Cup.
In other games played, Wakiso Giants had to score a late equaliser through Rahmat Senfuka in the 76th minute to cancel Omony’s opener.
Express FC played out a goalless draw with Mbarara City FC at Mutesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku.
Action resumes on Sunday 23rd September with one game.
