Rugby: “Kyadondo our home” themed to highlight the Kyadondo 7s Circuit

The fourth Nile Special 7s Circuit known as the Kyadondo Rugby 7s has been officially launched under the theme “Kyadondo our home” at Kyadondo Rugby grounds.

The Circuit is in line to commemorate the historical contribution of Kyadondo as a place to the game of Rugby to the community. It will be hosted by the Platinum Credit Heathens starting from the Saturday 12th to the Sunday 13th August.

Brian Tabaruka who is the Kyadondo Rugby Club chairman said that this will be the most exciting circuit of the season, on and off the pitch and fans should expect the best of the best.

“We believe that this will be the biggest and the best circuit of the season. We are looking forward to creating a fun filled weekend with all our partners on board. We are going to have a carnival atmosphere filled with rugby action, entertainment, food, drinks and the like,” Tabaruka said.

There will be sixteen men’s and six women’s teams drawn to compete during the Kyadondo 7s circuit.

After the completion of the Kyadondo Rugby 7s, there will also be two more Circuits taking place with the Tooro Circuit coming up next and the Kyabazinga 7s taking the last phase
