Masaza  Cup: Revenge mission looms as Busiro host Ssese 

Busiro will host Ssese in their second round game at Kabaka Kyabagu Stadium in Wakiso, this will be a revenge mission for Busiro who target to pick maximum points against Ssese who defeated them in the first round encounter in Lutoboka.

Busiro sit in the fifth on the log in the Muganzirwaza group with six points and win could push them to the third slot, head coach Kirya is confident of collecting maximum points at Wakisha where they are yet to lose a game.

“It is going to be a tough game as we host Ssese who defeated us by a 2-1 score in the first game but we are well prepared to collect maximum points so that we get close to making it out of the group stages.” Said Ibrahim Kirya.

“The team is in good shape and as you can see we have managed to work on our defending which has seen now go three games in row without conceding a goal our only concern was the striking line which we have also worked on.” He added.

Action moment as Ssese hosted Busiro in Lutoboka

Busiro look to have made some improvements with the addition of Coach Edward Golola to their back room staff, they have now gone three games without losing and yet to concede a goal.

Ssese are also still in the battle for qualifying out of the group as they sit fourth with 8 points trailing with just three points below leaders Gomba who are on 11 points and second places Mawokota who are on 9 points.

Mawogola sit second with 8 points whereas Kabula sit at the bottom of the Muganzirwaza group with just five points.

The entrance fee for the game is 5000Ugsh ordinary, 10,000 Ugsh for VIP and 20,000 for VVIP
