The prestigious Masaza Cup tournament 2023 resumes this weekend with match day 8 compromised of nine fixtures.
Holders Busiro will be visiting Mawogola at Mawogola Ssaza grounds.
Mawogola, in their last fixture played out a 1-1 draw with Ssaza of Ggomba.
Meanwhile Busiro too played out a 1-1 draw with Ssaza of Ssese.
Busiro comes into the game looking for maximum points as it can only enlight their chances of qualifying from group stages.
A win for Busiro will see changes in positions in the Muganzirwaza group with Busiro taking up the third place with 10 points in case Ssese lose to Mawokota.
In the other game in the Muganzirwaza group, Mawokota will be visiting Ssese Ssaza at Lutoboka playground.
Ssese last played a 1-1 draw with Busiro while Mawokota defeated Kabula 3-0.
A win for Ssese takes them to third place level with Mawokota on 12 points.
Meanwhile in the group of Masengere, Buddu will be traveling to Homisdallen School playground to face Kyadondo.
In their first meeting at Masaka Recr seeeation ground, Kyadondo defeated Buddu 1-0 and so will targeting a double.
A win for Buddu can take them to top place in case Buwekula loses out to Kyaggwe.
In the group of Bulange, Bulemeezi will be visiting Buvuma Ssaza at Magyo Ssaza grounds.
Incase Bulemeezi wins, will displace Buvuma in the second place.
