A game played at flood lights, Vipers started dominative and creating chances that would earn them more goals.

This paid off in the 30th minute when Yunus Sentamu opened the score.

In the added minutes of halftime, Yunus doubled Vipers’ lead sending a lot of fans to wide celebrations.

The results meant that Vipers would need more two goals to get back life but this seemed to be difficult.

Vipers SC will now focus to defending the Uganda Premier league as well the Uganda Cup if they are to qualify for the Preliminary rounds next year.

Botswana’s Champions Jwaneng Galaxy will now take on South Africa’s Orlando Pirates who eliminated Comoros’ Djabal FC on a 4-0 score.
