Masaza Cup: Noah Mugerwa resigns from his role at Bugerere

Head Coach Noah Mugerwa alias Jjajja has exit door at the Ssaza of Bugerere.

The confirmation came after the Ssaza of Bugerere lost to Butambala 2-1 on Sunday in match day 3.

Bugerere fans were fierce and were calling for the tactician’s resignation on their 2-1 loss on Butambala.

The Ssaza of Bugerere have failed to register any win in the three opening games of ongoing Masaza tournament.

In the three opening games, Bugerere have lost twice and drawn one, have scored two goals and conceded five.

Noah Mugerwa was appointed on Bugerere as head coach in June as the Ssaza opted for superiority in the tactician which has not been the case.

Noah Mugerwa becomes the second head coach to resign in the ongoing Masaza after Ibrahim Kirya at the Ssaza of Busiro.

Bugerere are currently last in the group of Bulange with one point in three games, Bulemeezi tops the group with 5 points while Butambala comes second with also 5 points.

Bugerere will next play Buvuma on Saturday 22nd July at Magyo Ssaza grounds at Buvuma Islands.
