Kampala Queens appoint Kadidi as their new head coach

FUFA Women’s Super league Champions Kampala Queens Football Club have appointed Sam Charles Ssenyange Nzanziro alias ‘Kadidi’ as their head coach.

Last season, Sam Charles Ssenyange Nzanziro was the assistant coach at KCCA FC.

The experienced tactician has put on paper a two year working contract with the Queens of Kampala.

Ssenyange replaces head coach Hamzah Lutalo who parted ways with the club after earning them their first league glory.

Kampala Queens confirmed the appointment of head coach Sam Ssenyange via their social media platforms.

” Kampala Queens FC is delighted to announce the appointment of Nzanziro Sam Charles Ssenyange “Kadidi” as the team head coach with immediate effect on a two year contract deal”.

Head Coach Ssenyange also expressed his delight upon joining Kampala Queens.

” With Football, team work brings change when you’re all in the same mind of the journey”.

” Moving forward it’s the results that matters alot but you have to first work. Girls does not differ so much from the boys football but it’s all about the mental strength and how you approach the players”.

Ssenyange is a proven and an experienced coach who have worked both at local and foreign scenes.

At local scenes, he has coached sides like Mbarara City FC, Paidha Black Angels, Tooro United FC, Kampala Club Marines, UTODA FC, City Lads, Elite Soccer Academy and as an assistant coach at KCCA FC.

At a foreign scene, he has coached sides like Pietermaritzburg Transnert Kings and Sobantu of South Africa as well as as Lioli FC of Lesotho.

Kampala Queens are in preparations of CECAFA Zonal qualifiers for CAF Women’s Champions League and hopes head coach Kadidi will benefit them.

Kadidi will be assisted by former Uganda Cranes star Tonny Mawejje and Shafiq Mutebi as his second assistant
