Three Uganda Premier League sides are in a battle to win the services of pacy left footed winger Joseph Akandwanaho.
SC Villa are in talks with the winger but they face stiff competition from former club Bright Stars and new entrants Mbarara City who are all keen on his signature.
Akandwanaho is a free agent after the end of his two years contract with Express in June.
He joined the Red Eagles in June 2021 from Soltilo Bright Stars and put pen to paper on a two years employment contract that will expire next week.
