BUL Stretch Winless Run To 11

Wednesday 10th May
BUL 0-0 Arua Hill

BUL FC have remained winless in the second round after a 0-0 draw with Arua Hill at FUFA Technical Centre Njeru.

The result leaves Simeone Masaba who is searching for his first win after Alex Isabirye left for Vipers.

The first stanza was cagey but BUL was the more dominant force with Arua Hill failing to pose any threats.

Rogers Omedwa was the busiest of the Goalkeepers as he kept his side in the game.

He made a flying dive to glue Jerome Kirya top corner strike into his gloves before standing tall to parry away Ibrahim Nsimbe strike in the box.

Earlier Nsimbe failed to connect with Hillary Onek teasing ball after Omedwa and Paul Musamali collided as they tried to get rid of the cross.

Just like it was in the first half, the hosts were all over the visitors but failed to find the finishing touch.

Andama Denis came close to scoring in his own net but his header missed by just a whisker after the Goalkeeper was static from a Zziwa cornerkick.

Arua Hill rare sight at goal fell to Jacob Kamwesiga who volleyed Gadafi Wahab freekick wide.

BUL FC have remained winless in 11 league games!

They are 8th with 34 points while Arua Hill are 4th with 38 matches after 25 games.
