The Victoria Pearls of Uganda face a tougher challenge against Tanzania in the finals of the Victoria Series at Lugogo Cricket Oval.
Uganda managed to come out on top of the round robin format having maintained a perfect unbeaten run which saw them claim three consecutive victories against Rwanda, UAE and Tanzania before their game against Kenya was washed away due to weather interruptions as they settled for a point.
Tanzania will be tasked to give Uganda a run for their money as they look to be one of the favourites in the tournament having pulled out a massive victory against UAE the top ranked team in the tournament.
Tanzania failed to see off Rwanda in their last game in the round robin format as they lost their first game but they managed to finish second which will see them play the final against Uganda.
