Arua Hill seek for a double over UPDF
Arua Hill will hope to complete a double over UPDF at Bombo Barracks Ground.
Goals from Rashid Toha, Gadafi Kacancu and Gadafi Wahab inspired Arua Hill to a 3-0 triumph in the reverse fixture at Barifa Ground.
Livingstone Mbabazi’s side boosts with an unbeaten record over their counterparts after registering two wins in the three times they have faced, drawing the other one.
They will hope to pick their first win at the Bombo Barracks ground after a one-all draw last season.
After a slow start to the second half, Arua Hill finally registered their first victory beating Blacks Power 2-0 at the Barifa Ground thanks to Innocent Media brace.
However, they will face a rejuvenated UPDF side that has won their last two games both keeping a clean-sheet.
“We are ready to go, the game won’t be easy,” Arua Hill Assistant Coach Ahmed Borini Olima said.
“UPDF are also too physical like Blacks Power and they are in the same situation”.
“I think playing them at their home will be another tough game, so we have prepared along that line”.
UPDF will hope to build on their form in the last two games to pick their maiden win over Arua Hill.
The Army side are buoyed after overcoming Wakiso Giants for the first time at Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium courtesy of Gerald Kimuli’s first half strike.
Brian Ssenyondo’s side will eye consecutive home wins for the first time this season.
