Stanbic Uganda Cup: Defending Champions BUL FC on a tricky away visit to Police

Stanbic Uganda Cup quarterfinals will see defending champions BUL FC in a tricky away tie against Big league side Police FC at Kavumba Recreation Grounds.

BUL won the competition last year with a 3-1 result against Vipers, However they are not in a fine form having failed to win any in their last 6 games.

Club Captain George Kasonko have given deserved respect to Police and so has called upon his teammates to give out their best as the competition does not give a second chance.

” They are experienced side despite playing in the Big League at the moment “.

“There are no second chances in the Uganda Cup, so we must score goals and win the game. We need everyone to turn up and push for that”.

BUL FC’s head coach Simeon Masaba is very much aware of the club challenge of not scoring goals and reveals how he have reacted to the challenge towards the Police game.

” We have a challenge of not scoring goals so we have done our best to sharpen the strikers since winning this competition you have to score goals”.

” It is hard times at the club we greatly need the fans to rally behind us as well as putting us in their prayers “.

Police FC will miss services of players like Reagan Male and Shafiq Avemah who are all injured.

On the other hand, BUL FC will miss services of players like Ronald Otti and Reagon Kalyowa who are injured, Emmanuel Kalyowa and Ibrahim Kazindula who are suspended.

Vipers SC Vs Calvary – St Mary’s Stadium, Kitende.

Saturday 15th April
Adjuman TC FC Vs Express FC – Paridi Stadium.

Sunday 16th April
Soltilo Bright stars Vs KCCA – Kavumba Recreation Grounds.
