Express eager to return to winning ways as they host Wakiso Giants

Express FC well known as Mukwano gwabangi will aim to return to winning ways when hosting Wakiso Giants at Mutesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku today on Friday 28th in Uganda Premier League.

Express comes into the game after a 1-1 draw against Soltilo Bright stars at Kavumba Recreation Grounds but before they had gone 3 only winning.

On the other side, Wakiso Giants defeated Oduparaka in their last game to end their winlless form and so will come into the game with a boost.

Wakiso Giants are to miss darling players like Titus Ssematimba, Paul Willa and Apollo Kagogwe who are injured while Lawrence Bukenya is suspended.

Express will miss Midifielder Hussein Ssenoga who got injured in last game of Bright stars while Isa Lumu is suspended.

However, Anwar Ntege returns from suspension and this can be good news for the Mukwano Gwabanji team.

The first leg of the fixture ended 3-2 in favour of Wakiso Giants at Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium.

Express occupy the 9th place with 29 points from 22 games, a win could push them to 6th place if teams above under perform.

On the other side, Wakiso Giants occupy 7th place with 30 points from 23 games, a win could take them to 5th place.

In other games to be played today, Simeon Masaba will be looking for first league win as his side will be hosting Soltilo Bright stars at FUFA Technical Center Njeru.
