Kalule powers SC Villa past Busoga United to move top of the table

Frank Muna Kalule scored the only goal as SC Villa defected Busoga United in the Startimes Uganda Premier league match played at Kakindu Stadium.

A win away from home saw SC Villa leap frog KCCA FC to move top of the table with 37 points from the 19 games they have played, this has seen the Jogoos stretch their unbeaten run to 9games.

SC Villa has now completed a League double against onform Busoga United having won the first leg by a 1-0 score courtesy of a goal by Paul Kakande. 

SC Villa will return to action as they take on Bright Stars at Wankulukuku Stadium whereas Busoga United will resume their relegation battle against Gaddafi FC in the Busoga derby.

Busoga United currently sit in the 13th position on the log with 18points which is just three points ahead of Blacks Power who sit in the red zone with 15points.
