Kawempe Muslims WFC easily defeated struggling Lady doves by a 2-0 score in FUFA Women Super League match played at Kawempe Muslim playgrounds.
Hadijja Nandago and Shakira Nyinagahirwa score the two goals for the Kawempe side as they picked their fourth league win to move third on the log.
Kawempe Muslim have now registered their fourth league win in the season as they sit third on 17 points after match day 12.
The Visitors Lady Doves failed to respond from a 2-0 lead as they considered their 7th loss in the league and are currently in the 8th place with 13 points from 12 games just only one point above relegation.
Table leaders Kampala Queens FC almost threw away their unbeaten run but they had the days sjipper Shamira Nalugya to thank for her brilliant effort in the 65th minute as she put the hosts in the lead in the 51st minute before Husna Mpanja levelled the scores in a game dominated by She MAK.
A draw against Makerere University is the first one for Kampala Queens as they dropped their first league points despite keeping their position at the top with 34 points from 12 games, 12 points ahead of Second team Uganda Martyrs Lubaga.
Meanwhile Makerere University remained in the 9th place with 12 points from 12 games.
