Transfers : Joseph Ssemujju to fill Ojera Void at URA FC

Tax collectors have replaced their departed winger Joachim Ojera with Joseph Ssemujju.

Joseph Ssemujju has joined the tax collectors as a free agent having parted ways with Tanzanian side Mbeya city.

He has signed a two year Working contract with the Tax collectors.

As earlier reported, Winger Joachim Ojera, Shafiq kagimu and striker Derrick Nsibambi had refused a salary cut as it was proposed by the administration of the club and so the club couldn’t hold on on such players though they were outstanding.

Ojera joined Rwanda’s side Rayon Sports on loan While Strikers Derrick Nsibambi and George Senkaaba joined Al Basheer of Oman and kitara FC respectively.

Joseph Ssemujju became the fourth signing of the tax collectors having got the early signatures of striker Bruno Bunyaga, Joshua Lubwama and Nicholas kabonge.

Joseph Ssemujju will help the team offensively having done it in other clubs like Vipers SC, Express fc, SC villa and BUL FC.

URA FC is currently in the 11 position with 14 points from 14 games only 4 points away from the relegation.

URA FC will be back in action as it will be visiting Oduparaka at Green light stadium in Arua.

In Standbic Uganda Cup, URA FC will face Uganda pentecostal University in the round of 64.
