URA FC officially unveil striker Bruno Bunyaga

Uganda premier League side URA have officially unveiled striker Bruno Bunyaga as their second January signing.

Bunyaga joins the Tax Collectors on a two years contract from Kitara regional league side Bushenyi veterans.

Bunyaga was the top scorer with 13 goals for St. Lawrence University in the University Football League despite losing to Uganda Martyrs University in the finals held last year.

He is also commonly remembered in the Masaza Cup competition where he featured for Buddu and helped them claim the trophy as they beat Buwekula at Kitende in 2021.

At URA, he becomes the second signing in this transfer window after Lanky defender Joshua Lubwama who recently joined the Tax men.

He is tasked to fill the void left by departed Derrick Nsibambi as URA FC look set to resurrect their season in second round having faced a tougher start in the first round.
