Kitara FC officially unveil Godfrey Lwesibawa

Big league side Kitara FC have officially announced the signing of midfielder Godfrey Lwesibawa from Gaddafi FC.

Lwesibawa has joined the Royals on a six month employment contract which will see him spend his stay at the club till the end of the season with an option to add another year.

The midfield has vowed to give in all his best so as to see Kitara FC gain promotion to the top flight league and had president DEO Akiiki to thank for the opportunity of signing for Kitara.

“I believe this is the right choice and place for me to be, Kitara is an exciting club and I want to pledge my hard work and commitment to them. I love the fans, their passion and want to thank the club president Deo Kasozi for giving me this opportunity. I will give them my best and most importantly help my team return to the top flight.” said Lwesibawa

Lwesibawa is well known for his pace and free kick deliverance which has seen him feature for a couple of clubs like Express FC, Gaddafi, SC Villa and Tooro United.

He is also a beach soccer player featuring for the Sand Cranes the Uganda national beach Soccer team.

Kitara FC are currently the Big league table leaders with 30points from 14 games played.
