Portuguese side Futebol Clube de Arouca and the player Musitafa Kizza reached an agreement for the friendly termination of his contact ” we wish you future sporting and personal Successes” The club revealed with out going in details
Musitafa Kizza was a free agent after parting ways with Major league soccer side CF Montreal at the end of last season ,Not until he signed for Arouca FC in June 2022 for three years ,
The left back started his career in KCCA FC junior team in 2016 and because of his good performance he was promoted to the senior team in 2017 by Micheal Mutebi with other players like Allan Okello, Julius Poloto, Peter Magambo, Noel Nasasira and Ronald kikonyogo.
The overlapping left back managed to play 70 games for KCCA FC and scored 11 goals .in July 2020, he signed for CF Montreal which was then Managed by former Arsenal striker Thierry Henry ,he only managed to provide 3 assists from 20 games he featured ,for the National team he has played 16 games and scored 4 goals
Musitafa Kizza is not the only Ugandan player to try professional football for North Africa and Europe and gets his contact terminated ,Others are Patrick kaddu ,Farouk Miya, they fail to reach expectations of the teams that have bought them and end up either retuning home or going to less known leagues for example Patrick Kaddu who once played for RS Berkane in Morocco plays at kitara in Big league
Kizza has left the club without playing any competitive game and only making a few appearances on the bench. in the Portugal premier Liga , Currently Arouca is in the 9th position having played 13 games with 5 wins ,4 draws and 4 losses earning 19 points
