Joseph Ochaya shinning bright at Egyptian side


Uganda Cranes left back Joseph Ochaya joined the Egyptian side in September from TP Mazembe after the end of his contact with the Congolese side and he has been finding life easy at the Egyptian side Arab Contactors who he joined on a three year deal

Because of his good performance , Ochaya has been involved in 10 games starting 9 of them ,he was voted as the man of the match when his side drew 0-0 with the Egyptian giants Zamalek on Sunday as well scored a brace when his side won 3-2 against ENPPl

“It is all about working hard and accepting to adjust to a new Environment ” Ochaya revealed

” Lam really enjoying myself and happy that am settlingng in well which was been an added advantage to me in a tough leage like this one ,The Target is to work as hard as possible everyday to keep myself in the team but most importantly help the team win games and finish in a decent position at the end of the season “Ochaya concluded

Arab Contactors who plays in the Egyptian premier league finished in the 15th position last season and this season they are in the 7th position having played 9 games with 2 wins 1 loss and 6 draws

Arab Contactors becomes the 6th Club Ochaya has featured for having played previously played for KCCA,Navibank sai Gon, Asante kotoko of Ghana, Lusaka Dynamos of Zambia and Tp Mazembe of DR Congo. In August 2013, he also went on trials with German side Spvgg Greuther Furth before his move to South African club Bidvest wits fell through three years ago

Arab Contactors was founded in 1973 by Egyptian Engineer, Contractor, Entrepreneur and politician Osman Ahmed Osman as the official sporting club for his prominent, regional construction company the Arab Contactors. it is based in Nasr city Cairo and hosts it’s matches in Osman Ahmed Osman stadium which has a capacity of 35,000 capacity .The Arab Contactors will play National bank Egypt on friday on away while their first outing of the new year will be a home fixture against Haras El Hodood
