BUL FC defeat Wakiso Giants to bounce back to winning ways

The Jinja based side BUL FC defeated Wakiso Giants 2-1 in the Startimes Uganda Premier league match played at the FUFA technical centre in Njeru.

Second half goals from Walter Ochora and Zziwa Vicent were enough to hand BUL victory at home as they ended Wakiso’s unbeaten run of nine game.

Moses Aliro scored in the 78th minute to level the scores but Zziwa Vicent proved to be the difference as he scored late to hand BUL FC a deserved victory.

Wakiso Giants have now dropped their top of the table lead sitting in the second position on the table with 21 points from 11 games just behind leader KCCA FC with a point.

BUL FC have managed to bounce back to winning ways after a disappointing 2-0 loss away against Bright Stars and currently sit fourth on the log with 20 points from the ten games they have played.

BUL will return to action in the league as they travel away to face Arua Hill whereas Wakiso Giants will host Busoga United at their home in Wakiso.
