St.Lawrence University lost a second consecutive final of the Pepsi University Football League after they suffered a 1-0 defeat to Uganda Matyrs’ University.
In a Saturday bout at fully packed MTN OMONDI STADIUM LUGOGO,Sunny Kaija’s sweet header in the 28th minute was the all important goal to decide tenth Edition Champions.
The 1-0 Victory meant Uganda Martyrs who won their first title in 2017 have now joined Makerere University Business School and Kampala University as two-time University Football League title holders.
St.Lawrence University who were edition favourites will now first turn face to board to correct errors in search for a maiden trophy maybe in the eleventh edition.
