18 Players summoned in Uganda Rugby Sevens Squad.

18 Players have been summoned in the Uganda Rugby Sevens Provisional squad to prepare for the upcoming Dubai 7s and Cape Town 7s scheduled for 2-3rd December and 9-11th December respectively.

The two events are part of the HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series which is contested in ten cities around the world. 

The summoned squad mainly consists of experienced charges and new kids on the block who recently impressed at the National Rugby Sevens Series.

Toyota Buffaloes’ Aaron Tukei who was named MVP of the recently concluded Nile Special 7s is part of the provisional squad and will definitely be eager to make the cut to the final squad.

Jinja Hippos who won the Nile Special 7s have three players in the team name Dennis Etwau, Timothy Mugisha and Tawfik Bagalana.

The squad that involves only one professional player in Phillip Wokorach are currently training  will seek to impress the selectors in order to be on the plane to Cape Town and Dubai.

Alex Atukunda, Ian Munyani, William Nkore, Michael Wokorach, Nobert Okeny, Desire Ayera, Aaron Ofoywroth, Adrian Kasito, Timothy Kisiga, Karim Arinaitwe, Dennis Etwau, Timothy Mugisha, Jacob Ocen, Tawfik Bagalana, Kizito Roy, Mubarak Wandera, Tukei Aaron, Philip Wokororach.
