Wakiso Giants capture Mubarak Nsubuga as new signing

The transfer window in the Uganda Premier League is starting to take shape for Wakiso Giants.

The Purple Sharks have now captured their third signing in Mubarak Nsubuga. The attacking player signed a 3 year deal at the Kabaka Kyabagu stadium.

Wakiso Giants took to their website to confirm this singing.

“Mubarak Nsubuga has signed for Wakiso Giants from Police FC on a three year contract…,” the club confirmed on its website.

Nsubuga also expressed his delight on signing for the club. He revealed that its the perfect step in developing his career.

“I am happy to join Wakiso Giants. It’s a big club where I feel I can still grow, improve my game and continue to learn.”

The club coach John ‘Ayala’ Luyinda also expressed his positive hopes in Nsubuga. Luyinda said that the attacker brings in a new flavor that the current attackers don’t have. This will also give him a wide range of options in attack.

“He is a young player with much potential. He is a different kind of forward to the ones we have already here and gives us more options in attack.”

Nsubuga joins the likes of Mikdad Ssenyonga who was signed from URA FC and Bashir Ssekagya from Wazito.
