Uganda’s representative in the ongoing CAF Women’s Champions League qualifiers She Corporates suffered their first defeat to Tanzania’a Simba Queens.
They were beaten 2-0 in just their second group of the tournament. This game was played at the
Chamazi Stadium.
The win saw Simba Queens assumed leadership of Group V. Simba’s goals were scored by Vivian C Aquino and Pambani Kuzoya.
She Corporates will now turn their attention to Djibouti’s Garde Republican who also lost their second game to Yei Joint Stars 6-0.
They had also previously out to Simba Queens by the same scoreline in their first game.m in Sunday.
The top two teams in each group qualify for the semifinals and the Champion at the end represents CECAFA region in the final tournament.
